Section 62
Revocation, suspension or fine of license

(1) The department or office that issued the license may revoke the license of the labor supplier in the following cases:-
(a) if the labor supplier applies in writing to have his license revoked, or
(b) If the labor supplier violates the conditions or instructions given in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act, even when penalized in accordance with sub-section (6).
(2) In accordance with clause (b) of sub-section (1), before revoking the license, the concerned labor supplier shall be given at least seven days' opportunity to submit his explanation.
(3) According to this section, the decision to revoke the license shall be publicly published.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, if the labor supplier whose license has been revoked has any financial liability towards the Government of Nepal or any laborer, he shall not be exempted from bearing such liability due to the license being revoked.
(5) If any labor supplier fails to comply with the conditions and instructions given in this Act and the rules made under this Act, the department or office may suspend the license of such labor supplier as prescribed.
(6) If a labor supplier fails to comply with the conditions and instructions given in this Act and the rules made under this Act, the department or office may fine such labor supplier for the first time up to twenty five thousand rupees.
